We like to use the Wiseco/Brian Crower I Beam combo in platforms that want to make reliable high horsepower for a prolonged lifespan. The Brian Crower I-Beam Rod is a high power solution that weighs less than its closest competitor (Manley Turbo Tuff I Beam). This forged rod's I shape structure allows it to hold up to 300hp per rod (1200hp in a 4cyl) while only tipping the scales at 590grams per rod (considerably lighter than other 1200hp rods in its class). Wiseco pistons come standard with skirt coating, and have additional finishing processes on their dish face to improve performance characteristics.
