We ship with UPS unless instructed to do differently. Domestic orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless expedited shipping is purchased, and International Orders will be shipped with UPS Express International, or USPS if requested.
We ship International Daily, it is part of our daily routine and we are very familiar with international customs policies.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted on brand new items in their original packaging up to 30 days after purchase in exchange for merchandise credit. Exchanges (piston size, compression ratio, etc) are subject to a restocking fee depending on part number and Manufacturer. When you receive your order, please open the boxes immediately and confirm that all parts are correct (not only by the part number on the box, but measurement of the contents as well to discover any possible packaging errors at the manufacturer), as we cannot accept any returns after the 30 day window, regardless of fault. We strive to offer the best and quickest service in the industry, however we are just humans. If we (or the manufacturer) made a mistake, please bring it to our attention immediately so we can correct it within the alloted time frame.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of an existing order is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
