Manley H-Beam Rods for Nissan SR20/SR20DET Engines commonly found in the Nissan Silvia overseas, and swapped into the 240SX in the States. This will also work with the non turbo SR20 found in the sentras and other platforms.

As a general rule of thumb, we tend to use Manley Rods on anything that will be making up to 175hp per rod. So if you are planning on making over 700hp on your 4cyl, We suggest that you ask us about one of our stronger rod options. We like to use this rod for applications that could out power an eagle rod.
