This is a brand new set of GSC Power-Division Stage 3 Turbo Cams for Mitsubishi 4G63 2.0L Engines found commonly in the Mitsubishi Eclipse, Galant VR4, Plymouth Laser, Eagle Talon, and other platforms.
The GSC Power-Division S3 Camshafts are designed for turbocharger setups 67mm or larger. This includes the Garrett GT4094R, Precision Billet 6765, and many other great turbos. These camshafts are designed to increase air flow at high RPM without sacrificing midrange power. They promote a flatter and broader torque curve in 600-1000whp range. The RPM range that these cams are designed to improve is 4000-9000rpm.
A valvespring upgrade is required when using these cams. We offer a single spring upgrade that can be used with the factory retainers, as well as Ti retainers and seats.
The engine idles rougher than stock with these cams but the car will still be streetable.
GSC Cams are known for making power at a reasonable price. If you Google "GSC Cams" you would be hard-pressed to find anyone saying something bad about them.
