This is a complete kit that comes with everything needed to start using water or methanol injection including a 1 gallon tank, boost-based progressive flow controller, injection nozzle, recirculation pump, low level sender, and more. 

Water/Methanol Injection (commonly used in forced induction applications) can be used to reduce intake charge temperature, making the air more dense, and in-turn more efficient for the engine. Cooler air means more power (especially with turbo cars). It can also reduce the amount of knock giving characteristic gains equivalent to running a higher octane fuel.

Running Meth and/or Water Injection correctly will allow you to safely run more boost on your forced induction setup with less chance of encountering knock.
